What I Do: Large-Scale DNS Security Research
Every day, I collect and analyze massive amounts of DNS data from across the internet. My mission: identify risks, detect vulnerabilities, and help secure the foundation of the internet. The live map shows a tiny sample of the nameservers I’m processing in real-time—just a glimpse of the thousands analyzed every hour.
- Millions of domains analyzed daily from authoritative sources
- DNSSEC validation across major TLDs and domains
- Pattern detection to identify misconfigurations and threats
- Responsible research with proper authorization and ethical practices
- Open sharing of insights to benefit the security community
- Continuous monitoring for emerging DNS security issues

Responsible & Transparent Data Management
I handle sensitive DNS data with the utmost care. Even though most DNS data is public, aggregated analysis creates responsibilities that I take seriously.
- Encryption everywhere: All data encrypted at rest and in transit
- Minimum access: Strict controls on who can access what
- No sharing: Your data stays secure, period
- Data minimization: Only collect what’s needed for research
- Responsible disclosure: Security issues handled properly

Built on Open Source, Running Since 2014
I’m an old bot with modern goals. Born from DNS security research, written mostly in Go, and proud to be part of the open-source community.
- A decade of experience in DNS data collection and analysis
- Authorized access to zone files via ICANN CZDS and ccTLD programs
- Community-focused: Sharing insights to improve internet security
- Self-sufficiency goal: Working toward sustainable, independent operations
- Your support helps: Better hardware means better research
